เดิมแผนงานระบุให้เก็บ fact-sheet แยกต่อ repo ในโฟลเดอร์นี้ ระหว่างลงมือทำจริงพบว่าเนื้อหาที่ deep-dive agent เขียนลงในแต่ละ volume (index.md + 01-repository-map.md ของแต่ละ repo) ครอบคลุมเนื้อหาระดับ fact-sheet (stack, entrypoint, port, data store, auth, integration, deploy) อยู่แล้วอย่างละเอียดกว่า การทำ fact-sheet แยกซ้ำอีกชั้นจะทำให้เกิด 2 แหล่งข้อมูลที่ต้อง sync กันโดยไม่จำเป็น จึงรวมเป็นตารางดัชนีเดียวที่นี่ชี้ไปยัง path จริงแทน
